Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Msheireb Properties is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all aspects of the customer support department, including hiring, training, and coaching team members. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Develop and maintain customer support metrics and report on performance to senior management. 6. Provide escalation support for difficult customer inquiries or issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and lead a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Personality Traits: 1. Dedicated - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs. 2. Confident - Able to make decisions and lead a team with assurance and authority.


Soft Skills: 1. Negotiation - Ability to negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 2. Strategic Planning - Develop long-term plans and goals for the customer support department.
