Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Officer at Qatar Biobank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Assist with training and onboarding new customer support team members. 7. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction levels. 9. Keep abreast of product updates and changes to effectively address customer inquiries.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Resilient and confident in handling challenging customer situations. 5. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
