Job Description:
Snoonu is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 4. Process orders and payments accurately. 5. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Assist in training new customer support representatives. 8. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. 9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 10. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in adaptability and planning. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
