Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Doha, QA. As a full-time Associate Level position with at least 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing outstanding customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Support Officer or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Energetic and driven personality - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
