Job Description - Customer Support Representative

United Development Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or related roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer support policies and procedures - Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills


Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in people management and presentation skills - Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
