Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess the necessary personality traits of being independent and reliable.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to broadband services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong critical thinking abilities to solve customer problems effectively. 3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. 7. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
