Job Description:
As a Live Chat Officer at MEEZA, you will be responsible for managing the live chat feature on our website and providing exceptional customer service to our online visitors. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through the online purchasing process.
Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the live chat platform and engage with customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with online transactions, order placements, and payment processing. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times to enhance the customer experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Driven and independent personality traits to work effectively in a remote customer service role. 4. Presentation skills to effectively convey information and critical thinking skills to problem-solve issues. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills. 7. Understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to providing excellent service.
