Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Airways is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through our online chat platform. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think innovatively to solve customer problems efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide information, assistance, and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Innovative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
