Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team at Qatar Biobank in Doha. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our participants. You will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to live chat messages promptly and professionally - Assist participants with inquiries about our services, research studies, and data collection procedures - Provide accurate information and guidance to help participants navigate our platform - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to better assist participants - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer service in a digital environment

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills and a strong command of written English - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems - Proficiency with live chat platforms and customer support software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
