Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of online account support for our organization.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online account support team, ensuring efficient and effective support for all online account related issues. - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize online account support processes and procedures. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of online account support services. - Monitor online account support metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online account management. - Act as a liaison between the online account support team and other departments to address any issues or concerns. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online account support to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online account management or related field. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strategic planning and cooperation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. - Knowledge of online account management principles and best practices.
