Job Description:
Snoonu is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Officer. As an Online Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online account holders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience while using our platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers via email, chat, or phone. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and quality support for our customers. 5. Monitor account activity and address any suspicious or unauthorized transactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist in identifying ways to improve our online account support processes. 8. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures related to online account management.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and confident individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic knowledge of online account management systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
