Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general inquiries. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on using our online platforms. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary. - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging customers with professionalism. - Strong negotiation skills and adaptability to different customer needs. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
