Online Call Center Specialist

The Online Call Center Specialist at Qatar Petroleum in Doha will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding products and services. They will provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Conducting research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to conduct research and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Good computer skills and proficiency in using call center software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior call center experience required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
