Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


As the Online Chat Support Manager at Qatar Solar Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will manage a team of chat support agents, coordinating schedules, training new hires, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Monitor chat support metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that the chat support system is running smoothly - Train new chat support agents on company policies, procedures, and best practices - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and management skills - Resourceful and motivated, with a creative approach to problem-solving - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
