Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Officer. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving their queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
