Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level role requiring 4 years of experience, the Online Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online chat - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner - Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Assisting with training new team members as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience using CRM software is a plus
