Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description: Estithmar Holding is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Assistant in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations and digital communication.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist in the creation and implementation of online client engagement strategies - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience across all digital platforms - Develop and maintain online client databases and records - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Assist in organizing and implementing online client events or promotions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field - Proven experience in online client relations or digital marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset and strong critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
