Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a full-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, and possess strong persuasion and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with online clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client-related activities and initiatives - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working with online platforms and digital marketing is a plus
