Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading online healthcare platform based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a full-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations and a strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Manage and update client information in the database - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Representative or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism - Reliable and driven with a positive attitude - Team player with strong people management skills
