Job Description:
Ezdan Holding Group is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience, the Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships through various online platforms and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide clients with accurate information about products and services offered by the company. 4. Address client complaints and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall client experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 6. Knowledge of online customer service best practices. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
