Job Description:
Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle online inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and product/service information. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Meet or exceed service level agreements and performance metrics. 8. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
