Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with online transactions and resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and deliver a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex client issues - Meet or exceed monthly goals for client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Reliable and dependable work ethic - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
