Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a reliable and driven Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with a variety of needs.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Meet established performance metrics and goals.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of healthcare or medical terminology is a plus.
