Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Assistant at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, providing product information, and processing orders. You will also be responsible for monitoring online reviews and feedback, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to the customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Process orders and address any issues related to billing or shipping. 3. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, escalating issues as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and recommend solutions. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers. 9. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Persuasive communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 6. Adaptable and resourceful in dealing with various customer inquiries. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment. 8. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
