Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Woqod. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and independence.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders and payments accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members
