Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, QA. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and responding appropriately - Assisting with quality control and gathering customer feedback for product improvement - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Experience working in a remote or online customer service setting is a plus
