Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be able to work independently in a fast-paced online environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist in the development and implementation of online customer service strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and engage with customers online - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in an online setting - Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
