Job Description:
As an Online Customer Service Representative at Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with booking flights, making changes to their reservations, handling complaints, and addressing any other inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with booking flights, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Monitor social media channels and online review sites to address customer feedback and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or e-commerce setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
