Job Description:
Hilton is seeking an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online guests through various communication channels. This individual will represent the Hilton brand and ensure that all guest inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist guests with online reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 3. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure guest satisfaction. 4. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and promotions. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled. 6. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. 7. Follow up with guests to ensure their needs have been met. 8. Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 7. Leadership skills to effectively manage customer escalations. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems. 9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
