Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: As an Online Customer Service Specialist at Al Jazeera Media Network, located in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online audience. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to their satisfaction. 3. Monitor and manage social media channels for customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and trends. 9. Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Dedicated and reliable work ethic. 3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
