Job Description:
Starlink Qatar is seeking a motivated and driven Online Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the customer service field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus - Must be driven, motivated, and eager to learn - Strong presentation skills for communicating with customers and colleagues
