Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer success or related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Understand customer needs and issues, and proactively work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders on customer success metrics and strategies - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives - Monitor and report on customer success KPIs to track progress and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Demonstrated experience in customer success or a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Presentation skills and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
