Job Description:
Estithmar Holding is seeking a proactive and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online customer support team and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and continuously improving our online support processes.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online customer support team to deliver outstanding service - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Train and onboard new team members to uphold our customer service standards - Analyze data and trends to make data-driven decisions regarding customer support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Demonstrated experience in people management and innovation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
