Job Description:
MEEZA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our online customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with online transactions - Handling customer complaints and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members - Conducting research and analysis to identify trends or patterns in customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
