Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. As an Online Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. - Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels of management when necessary. - Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address customer concerns to maintain a positive online reputation. - Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best practices for customer support.


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. - Dedicated and hardworking with a positive attitude. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
