Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers - Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions with customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through online chat support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback and insights to improve online chat support processes and systems

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, online chat support, or a similar role - Hardworking attitude with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Excellent emotional intelligence to connect with customers and provide empathetic support - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
