Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Representative at Qatar National Cement Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This entry-level position requires individuals who are reliable, motivated, and have a strong ability to analyze and plan effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in responses and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4.
