Job Description:
As a Support Assistant at Snoonu, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing support to various departments within the company, including customer service, logistics, and administration. Your attention to detail and adaptability will be crucial in handling a variety of tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with order processing and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. 3.
