Snoonu is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operations of our platform. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance customer experience. 7.
