Job Description:
Snoonu is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operations of our platform. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the support industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate as needed. 4. Update and maintain customer records accurately in our database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 2. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions. 3.
