Support Representative

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a motivated and independent Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to customers and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex problems when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
