Silatech is seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are independent and resilient, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing technical support for our products and services - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for improvement in our support processes
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Willingness to learn new technologies and products - High school diploma or equivalent
