Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Support Representative at Qatar Sports Investments, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting various departments within the organization. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries and issues, providing product information and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. 2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Support sales and marketing efforts by promoting products and services to customers. 7. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. 8. Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and motivated with a positive attitude. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent presentation skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
