Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to various departments within the company, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This position requires an individual who is independent, driven, and possesses strong problem-solving and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support to various departments within the company. - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents. - Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to problems as they arise. - Assist with project management tasks, such as creating timelines and tracking progress. - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Independent and driven personality traits. - Strong problem-solving and cooperation skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
