As a Support Specialist at Katara Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our internal teams and external clients. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and processes, troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise, and provide top-notch customer service at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. 3. Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system. 4. Assist with the installation and setup of software and hardware for new employees or clients. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices. 7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools. 7. Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
