Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: RasGas Company Limited is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a fulltime, work from home position based in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers via web chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
