You will have the opportunity to interact with a global audience and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors and social media followers through online chat platforms - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and feedback - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with maintaining chat logs and records for reference and analysis - Stay up-to-date on company news and developments to provide informed responses to customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in written form - Strong strategic planning skills to handle multiple chat conversations efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
