Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Meddy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will interact with customers to address their queries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Provide product information and recommendations - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to think strategically and conduct research to provide accurate information - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
