Job Description:
As a Web Chat Officer at Katara Hospitality, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various online chat channels. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive online reputation for the company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing effective solutions and taking necessary actions - Monitor online chat channels for customer engagement and respond proactively to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive resolutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve service quality and enhance customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, online chat support, or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly and concisely - Driven and resilient personality with a positive attitude towards customer interactions - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively when addressing customer issues - Proficiency in using various online chat platforms and customer service tools - Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
