Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Web Chat Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Act as a brand ambassador for Qatar Airways Cargo by promoting our services and maintaining a positive customer experience - Utilize CRM systems and other tools to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolution of complex issues - Stay up to date on industry trends and company products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required - Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
