Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and any other queries they may have. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services through web chat. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant information to customers. 8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a web chat environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude. 7. Soft skills in leadership and presentation. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. Knowledge of hospitality industry trends is a plus.
